Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Aime Virtual Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) to you (“the client”, “you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Services • We provide virtual assistant services including but not limited to admin support, social media support, customer service support and general business operations. • Scope of work will be agreed upon in a signed service agreement. 3. Fees and Payment • All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) • Payment terms: Monthly packages are paid upfront, monthly in advance and hourly work is to be paid within 7 days from invoice. • Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services. • Pre-paid packages / monthly subscription services are non-refundable and hours must be used within the month (no rollover) • Additional hours are billed at $50 per hour for monthly clients who as a one off, may require more hours than agreed on in the monthly support packages 4. Client Responsibilities • You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access required for us to perform services. • You remain responsible for decisions and outcomes arising from use of our services. 5. Confidentiality • We will keep your business information, passwords, and client data strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law. • You agree to maintain confidentiality of our business processes, documents, and any non-public information. 6. Intellectual Property • Any original work created by us for you (e.g. documents, graphics, templates) remains your property once paid in full. • Pre-existing materials, tools, or systems we use remain our intellectual property. 7. Liability • We will exercise due care and skill in delivering services. • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (e.g. lost profits, business interruption). • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. 8. Cancellations & Termination • Either party may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice. • Pre-paid hours/packages are non-refundable if services are terminated early, unless required by law. • We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms (e.g. non-payment). 9. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
